 "We worked with Dolores for approximately 5 months. From the moment we decided to sell our home in New Hampshire to the time we finally closed on our home here in Batson Creek. Throughout the entire process, she was professional yet personable. She also has a terrific sense of humor. We probably saw over 20 houses and we never sensed any frustration from Dolores with our finicky taste. We offered on three houses and Dolores was always patient and willing to present our offer and convey our thoughts.  The last house we offered on really tested us all. Dolores handled us and the process with patience and grace even though her commission was less than the typical commission.  The listing agent seemed to be inexperienced and unprofessional and drew the process out much longer than it needed to be by not responding to offers and counteroffers to the point we were ready to walk away. In addition to helping us find a house, Dolores was a great source of information regarding the area. She recommended restaurants, hairdressers, veterinarians, and fun places to shop. Since closing, I have recommended Dolores to three people. Hopefully, they have called. I will continue to recommend Dolores anytime asked. "My wife Stella and I met Dolores Pack some years back while looking for beach rental locations in the Bethany and Sea Colony area. Dolores had complete knowledge of what the area had to offer and where to go and what to do and what to see. Beyond that, our rental locations turned into looking for a retirement permanent home around 2018. Dolores found us a perfect downsizing home in the Bank's Harbor area of Ocean View. She showed us houses with all our priority check-off boxes and advised us to " not drive ourselves crazy" looking on all side streets that were not in our price range or not having our "desired want list." She did all the work and set up the appointments and spoke on our behalf like I was related to her. Dolores also found a home for my wife's cousin in the upstate Delaware farm area away from the beach community.
