Kellyann was amazing. We cannot say, or thank her, enough. Her expertise and advice made all the difference to us as first-time home buyers. We had a tight timeframe, and Kellyann made it happen. She was fast and flexible, and while we’re sure that she had other clients with larger budgets, we never felt like it. We started looking for a home in January and needed to make a decision on whether to renew our lease for another year or not by the end of March. We found the house that we ended up buying on a Thursday in late January from an app alert that wasn’t part of our planned itinerary; we saw it on Friday; Kellyann had an inspector with us on-site on Saturday; we made an offer on Sunday, and we had a favorable decision on Monday. Kellyann helped my wife and I (two first-time homebuyers) find the right home for our family. We began working with her in February 2020, found our home in March, and closed in April. She knows the MD-DC-VA area very well and introduced us to new communities and neighborhoods that met our requirements for desired commutes and lifestyle. It was a great experience, where I had to work hard to get rid of things, but everything was taken care of -- in the actual sales work, I just got out of the way. It was very professional! The designer, Karen, did a great job. Kellyann organized everything so the apartment was transformed in the staging into a very attractive, immediately usable high-quality living space, and it for two offers immediately. We accepted one the day after the open house. I needed to sell quickly so priced it low, but it sold for $30,000 more than my price. Kellyann worked very well with my contractor, Carlos Guardado, who painted and redid the bathroom vanity, to get a terrific result. Kellyann listens in order to well understand what you are looking for and then find it for you. It makes the whole process easier, you do not have to visit tens of houses, she comes back to you with a very narrow selection of properties. Then when the negotiation comes, we rather have her on our side than against us. However, she never pushes for a quick answer or decision. The seller's agent was going to be reviewing offers 24 hours after the open house and Kellyann stayed at her office late Sunday night to help us write our offer, even though we told her we still needed to sleep on it and might not even submit it. This was the first home my husband and I bought and we knew very little about the process.
