Lucy Monigle joined Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s in 2015. A Sussex County native and graduate of Worcester Preparatory School in Berlin, MD, she continued her education at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. After spending a year and a half at Kate Spade New York as a nationally ranked sales associate, Lucy joined I.G. Burton Mercedes Benz as a sales consultant, where she honed her communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. She channeled her energy into learning and mastering a myriad of sales and marketing skills, taking tremendous pride in her product. After just 16 months in the industry, she reached her personal goal and was awarded Salesperson of the Month, successfully delivering 14 Mercedes Benz sales in just 30 days.

As her longtime interest in real estate began to resurface, she ambitiously decided to pursue this career in earnest and is looking forward to helping clients reach their real estate goals. Lucy is passionate about health and fitness, spending time in Cape Henlopen State Park on one of the several trails or practicing yoga. She attends both the Lewes and Rehoboth farmer markets supporting local produce. She is an avid snowboarder and, when she can, enjoys spending time at her family home in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Volunteering as a lector at her local church, Lucy enjoys immersing herself in the community whenever possible. She can be spotted cheering on any one of her four younger brothers at Cape Henlopen High School lacrosse games.
