Kathy was born and raised in Delaware, and currently enjoys homes with her husband, Joe, in both Wilmington and Lewes, DE. Kathy has made memories at the Delaware beaches since the late 1960s, and has had a second home here since 2011.

Kathy has decades of experience as an entrepreneur and in the sales and travel industries, and her passion for people and attention to detail shine through! Her favorite part of the job is getting to know her clients personally and building a rapport, and she takes great pleasure in serving others. Kathy will dive right into extensive research and legwork on her clients’ behalf, exploring all options and gathering the information necessary so her clients can make the best decisions when finding and purchasing their new full time or vacation home here at the beach.

When not working, Kathy can be found at her “Happy Place”: Cape Henlopen State Park, curled up with a great book, or out exploring Sussex County’s rivers, bays and ocean on the jet ski with Joe. She chooses to be happy, and holds her family and friends dear. Kathy absolutely loves to travel and enjoys a good road trip most of all – in fact, she is very close to completing her “All Fifty States” bucket list.
