Pat has been a downtown Rehoboth Beach resident for the past 15 years and has been very involved in the Rehoboth Beach community. She served as a Rehoboth Beach City Commissioner for six years, from 2007 to 2013. She is the founder and manager of the Rehoboth Beach Farmers’ Market, now in its 12th year. The market brings in substantial revenues for local farmers and was chosen as one of the top 20 farmers’ markets in the country. Pat spends every Tuesday managing the market and ensuring it runs smoothly.
She also is the President of the RB Sister Cities Association and was instrumental in the installation of the Sister City Garden on Olive Street in downtown Rehoboth Beach. This garden was a part of a garden exchange project with Rehoboth Beach’s sister city, Greve, Italy, and won an international award from Sister Cities International.
Most recently, she was appointed by Delaware Speaker of the House, Peter Schwartzkopf, as his representative on the board of directors for the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays. She is excited to be a part of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s, where she focuses most of her business in downtown Rehoboth Beach from OASIR's 49 Baltimore Avenue location.
