Justin is Co-Owner and Broker of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty. He has been involved in the real estate business since 1997 and has overseen the development and sales of over $3 billion of real estate development since joining Ocean Atlantic in 1999. Since Justin began managing the sales force, the team has grown from 2 to over 100 licensed agents. He has grown the brokerage footprint to successfully serve all of coastal Delaware and coastal Maryland, resulting in an annual sales volume increase from approximately $5 million to over $460 million.
In 2008, he put together an acquisition of a competing real estate brokerage firm in order to affiliate with Sotheby's International Realty. He has served as a Managing Partner on several highly successful real estate developments, including Creekwood, Oyster Bay Villas, North Village at The Villages of Five Points, and Central Self Storage-Rehoboth Beach.
In 2013, Justin was appointed by Governor of Delaware Jack Markell to serve on the Delaware Real Estate Commission and served as Chairman. He has been appointed by the Chancery Court of Delaware to act as receiver for real estate projects. Justin still loves putting together or advising on real estate deals and oversees over 600 successful real estate transactions each year.
Justin currently sits on the boards of Fibrous Dysplasia Alliance and The Delaware Film and Television Commission. When not in Rehoboth, he can be found on the slopes of Park City, Utah, or spending time with his wife, Sarah, and trying to keep up with his three boys. He grew up in Stony Brook, New York, and graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics.
