Sandi Bisgood has been a Delaware resident since 1997, following a successful career as a training and development professional in the Washington, DC area.
Sandi is an award-winning agent and photographer, and has been a licensed Delaware Realtor® since 1998. She finds great satisfaction in helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals; she has a consultative, low-key, no-pressure style. She is also known for pushing herself to go beyond the norm to deliver exceptional service to her clients.
She consistently commits to achieving and maintaining the highest level of skills, and holds a number of professional designations including the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certifications from the National Association of Realtors®. She has earned a Five Star Realtor® award for the last nine consecutive years, based on recommendations from each year’s clients. In 2020, she served as President of the Sussex County Association of Realtors®, is a past President of the Sussex Women’s Council of Realtors® and also serves on state and national boards or committees. And in 2022, the Sussex County Association of Realtors® named her their Realtor® of the Year.
It was 'love at first sight' when Sandi first saw Delaware’s premier resort community, The Peninsula, in 2004. She worked exclusively in The Peninsula’s developers for the next six years, before expanding her reach to again include the entire coastal region in 2011. However, The Peninsula continues to be her main area of activity, where she is consistently a leader in listings and sales. The Peninsula is now her personal home as well.
