I have bought and sold 5 properties over the years and must say she has been the best experience, from all aspects. She is professional, smart, articulate and creative. Prior to signing the listing agreement, in early September of this year, we discussed together, at the property, my properties uniqueness and therefore it's challenges. Nevertheless, she felt she understood it and was confident, if marketed correctly, she could find a buyer. In fact, she did really understand it. She did an outstanding job of capturing the "soul' of this unique property, as evidenced by her marketing materials, and did find that different buyer that would appreciate this property. The sale closed for cash on December 6. Lisa negotiated both sides of the deal and in the end, I believe, had two parties feeling relatively satisfied. Speaking for myself, although I did not get all I had hoped for, I did get what I thought was a fair resolution to my desire to sell the property. Most importantly, and very difficult to achieve representing both sides of the deal, I felt Lisa gave me real, clear and honest input and advice.
