Just a note to let you know what a “gem” you have working for you. My husband and I recently had the good fortune to meet Paul Maltaghati at Paynter’s Mill. As much as we tried to purchase a home there, it wasn’t in the cards. We just could not swing the monthly condo fees. Regardless, your agent Paul still treated my husband and I with total respect, provided us with undivided attention and helped us purchase a place elsewhere. Joy and I love our new home in Oak Crest Farms. The perfect home that we had been looking for and in our price range. Wow, if it wasn't for our realtor's quickness, we would have never been the first to submit a contract. The house had just been reduced, and Kenny Vincent was right on it! With the help of one of your Realtors, we recently closed on a beautiful home in Rehoboth Beach. Kenny Vincent patiently worked with us since last summer as we searched the area for a home that would be not only our second home, but ultimately our retirement home.

During this time, Kenny has been tireless in his pursuit of our dream home. Despite the distance between our visits and the miles between our current home and the beach, Kenny kept in close contact and always seemed to be looking out for our interests. Once we found our home, Kenny worked closely with our closing attorney to ensure the process went smoothly and he even called the electric company for us to report the meter reading on the day of closing.

After closing, Kenny not only helped us unload some belongings from our truck but also mailed us an outlet mall map and coupons!
