Ocean Atlantic Agency Recognizes Sandra Ware for Outstanding Sales Performance

For the second year in a row, Commercial REALTOR®, Sandra Ware, has received recognition for Top Commercial Sales at Ocean Atlantic Agency. Ware has cumulatively sold about $60mm in commercial real estate since 2003 making her ten years of real estate experience apparent. Ware is an active member of National Association of REALTORS®, Delaware Association of REALTORS® and Sussex County Association of REALTORS®. She is also a member of the REALTORS® Land Institute, where she is recognized as a land expert and entrusted by knowledgeable clients and industry associates. She has been certified to teach Legislative Update for continuing education to fellow REALTORS®. Over her career, Ware has graciously accepted three nominations for REALTOR® of the year and has succeeded in obtaining Centurion Status with Century 21 for a total of four years.

Aside from her focus on the real estate industry, Ware also focuses on her local community. A native Delawarean, she believes in community service and being a responsible caretaker of the state she loves. Ware is a board member for United Way of Delaware, President of the Positive Growth Alliance, a member of the Sussex Country Republican Woman’s Club and serves on the National Federation of Republican Woman By Laws Committee. Ware has also been an active committee member for Government Affairs and Professional Standards in Sussex for over 5 years, and also serves statewide on the Public Policy Committee.
