Mitch Selbiger: 2006 Top Producer for Residential Sales

Mitch Selbiger of Ocean Atlantic Agency achieved recognition as the top residential sales agent for 2006. Selbiger has been a REALTOR® since 2002, a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and member of the Ocean Atlantic Sales Team ever since obtaining his real estate license. “This is my first time as a top producer,” stated Selbiger. “I left high-tech corporate America and decided to get involved in the real estate business. I have worked extremely hard over the years and it is so gratifying to see that my hard work has paid off.”

Selbiger has been the head-listing agent for Paynter’s Mill in Milton for a portion of 2005 through 2006. His dedication and diligence to the Payter’s Mill project has left him with only 12 units out of 96 units left to sell. Once Paynter’s Mill is sold out, he plans to assist with the sales of the new Vineyards of Nassau Valley project, an Ocean Atlantic project still in the planning stages. Aside from working on his sales goals, Selbiger is also focusing toward some additional personal achievements. Once Selbiger completes his fifth year as a REALTOR®, he has plans on working towards receiving his broker’s license.
