OCEAN ATLANTIC AGENCY PROPERTY TO BE FEATURED ON HGTV

Friday, September 29th, Home and Gardens Television better known as HGTV toured one of Ocean Atlantic’s listings located at the new community Bayfront At Rehoboth off of Camp Arrowhead Road in Lewes. Listing agent Christine Strauss and team members Leks Strauss and Jennifer Nagle immediately responded to an e-mail request sent out by HGTV producers to many local agencies requesting information on Sussex County listings. “This is a great opportunity”, stated Nagle. “We immediately sent in images and descriptions of several of our listings and encouraged our fellow agents to do the same. What great exposure for the agency, the agent and for the seller!”

“Many fabulous listings were received from Ocean Atlantic Agency”, stated Chandra Wicke of HGTV. The producers, however, make the final decision and only one listing could be chosen”. A Bayfront at Rehoboth model home, built by Rosemark DesignBuild will be featured on the show “What You Get For The Money”. This half hour show is featured on Wednesday evenings at 10:30pm e/p and highlights 6 homes from 6 different cities all with the same price tag. The homes may vary greatly from a 500 square foot urban dwelling to a 5 bedroom rural retreat. The show’s focus: to show viewers what money can really buy.

“ I’ll be presenting the home to the HGTV film crew”, stated Christine Strauss. “They will be at the property shooting footage all day, however they will only feature a 3 – 5 minute segment on the actual show”. “Again, this is a great opportunity for Ocean Atlantic Agency. Our client Rosemark DesignBuild is ecstatic over the exposure that the Bayfront at Rehoboth community will receive”.
