Ocean Atlantic Proudly Announces an Addition to the Sales Team:

Ocean Atlantic Agency, located at 330 Rehoboth Avenue, extends a warm welcome to REALTORS®, Ron Nardi and Shannon Smith.

Ron, a veteran of General Motors, has had the opportunity to travel extensively, live and work in many interesting destinations throughout the world including: Egypt, India, Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. During his worldwide career with General Motors, Ron was involved in 17 personal real estate transactions including purchasing, selling and leasing. These 17 transactions have left Ron with a true understanding of how it feels to be a buyer or seller. Ron has owned property in Lewes since 1977 and became a full time resident of the town of Lewes in 2001. He is a dedicated volunteer at St. Jude the Apostle Church and at Beebe Hospital and helps with hospital fund-raisers. He and his wife, Phyllis are also members of the Lewes Yacht Club. Ron thoroughly enjoys working and assisting others, and is committed to ensure his clients full satisfaction in their real estate purchase experience.

Shannon, a native of the Delaware Shore had always dreamed of becoming a REALTOR®. Shannon graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and decided to study business at Radford University in South Western, Virginia. Upon graduation Shannon made the decision to move to Northern Virginia, work for a CPA Firm and test out “City Living”.

Shannon loved the City Life but still yearned for the beach. Shannon attempted the lifestyle, as a “Weekend Warrior” however that small taste of the beach was just not enough.

Shannon moved back to the Delaware Shore and pursued her dream of becoming a REALTOR®. Shannon will be working as a team with Ocean Atlantic Agency’s Nikki Gehman.

Shannon is loyal and enjoys working with people and helping them any way possible. She can often be seen at “Mickey’ Family Crab House” where she works part time or on the beach with her dog Sadie.
