Ocean Atlantic Agency Names Selbiger Top Residential Agent for 2007

Mitch Selbiger of Ocean Atlantic Agency achieved recognition as the top residential sales agent for 2007. Selbiger has been a Realtor since 2002, a member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Ocean Atlantic sales team ever since obtaining his real estate license. Selbiger also received his associate broker’s license in Sussex County in August 2007.

“ This is my second consecutive year as a top producer,” said Selbiger. “ I left high- tech corporate America and decided to get involved in the real estate business. I have worked extremely hard over the years and it is so gratifying to see that my hard work has paid off.”

Selbiger has been the head listing agent for Paynter’s Mill in Milton for a portion of 2005 through 2007. His dedication and diligence to the Paynter’s Mill project has left him with only nine units out of 96 units left to sell. Once Paynter’s Mill is sold out, Selbiger will be working as the sales manager of the new Vineyards at Nassau Valley, an Ocean Atlantic project that is an urban lifestyle residential community featuring shopping, dining and outdoor and indoor activities.
