Sales brisk at The Vineyards at Nassau Valley
Development to break ground this winter

Ocean Atlantic hosted a release event onsite at The Vineyards at Nassau Valley June 22 and received 30 reserva-tions that day, marking one of the fastest releases in Ocean Atlantic’s recent history. The Vineyards at Nassau Valley located in Lewes, a new urban lifestyle residential community by Ocean Atlantic Associates, has announced its 60th sales reservation for the new homes to be built beginning in 2008.

Ocean Atlantic hosted a release event onsite at The Vineyards at Nassau Valley June 22 and received 30 reservations that day, marking one of the fastest releases in Ocean Atlantic’s recent history.

In the weeks to follow, continued and growing awareness of this new community brought in another 30 interested buyers. “ I haven’t seen this level of interest in a new community for quite some time,” said Mitch Selbiger, associate bro-ker for Ocean Atlantic Agency and listing agent for The Vineyards.

“ People are very intrigued with the lifestyle community concept and with the opportunity to live within close proximity to a work-ing vineyard.
