Vacation Rentals Checklist

Vacations are our special time to get away from it all and too often they are few and far between.  That's why we understand the importance of your decision to rent with us.  

We have compiled a list to simplify things for you and your family as you prepare to have a fabulous vacation. 

Most of our home owners provide some of these things but we do not guarantee they will be in working order or in stock when you arrive.  Please ask your agent for more details.  Most of our rental properites are free of linens; please make sure you bring your linens!

For the your vacation home:

  • Towles & Washcloths
  • Linens
  • Blankets & Throw(s)
  • Bath mat
  • Dish towels & sponges
  • Dish & Laundry Soap
  • Cleaning Products
  • Foil, plastic bags & plastic wrap
  • Garbage bags
  • Paper towels & Napkins
  • Toilet paper
  • Condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.) Staple Items (i.e. salt, pepper, garlic, etc)
  • Books/Kid friendly items (i.e. Nintendo, board games, babydolls, etc)
  • Camera/Video Camcorder

 

Personal Items:

  • Perscription Medication
  • Toothbrush & toothpaste
  • Shampoo, conditioner, hair products (i.e. hairdryer, flat iron, curling iron)
  • Bath & handsoap
  • Clothing
  • Bathingsuit

 

ER Equipment: (Just in case)

  • Photo Identification
  • Medical Insurance information
  • Emergency contact sheet with a list of your medications
  • Radio with batteries
  • Flashlights with batteries

 

For the Beach: (several home owners do provide these in their rental home.  Please confrim with your rental agent and we do not hold responsibility if they are not in working order)

  • Beach Umbrealla
  • Beach Chair
  • Beach Cart
  • Sun Block and Lip Balm
  • Fishing Rods/Tackle Box
  • Rafts/Boogie Boards/Surf Boards/Skim Boards
  • Life Vests/Floating Devices for children
  • Bicycle(s)

 

Make sure you have your contract and have contacted your rental agent if you are going to be arriving after business hours.
