Dedicated, Responsive, Knowledgeable. These are terms that Sandi’s clients use in recommending her to friends and family. Sandi began her career in the banking industry, working her way up through the ranks to become Training Director of a metropolitan D.C. bank, before moving full-time to coastal Delaware in 1997. Several personal real estate transactions underscored one of the key principles she’d taught bankers for years: “You have two ears and one mouth for a reason -- start by listening to your client!” She joined O’Conor, Piper & Flynn/Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 1998, and began listening real estate buyers and sellers. In her first year, she was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and in each subsequent year her sales, awards, and loyal following grew. In 2005, Sandi moved to Peninsula Realty Associates, and from that time to August 2008 she was exclusively a seller’s agent in The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay, a private, gated, luxury resort community renowned for its fabulous recreational amenities. Sandi’s office continues to be on-site in The Peninsula’s Discovery Center, where she works with both buyers and sellers.
