Kenny is a native Delawarean. Graduating from the University of
Delaware in Elementary Education and obtaining master degrees in
Special Education and School Administration from Wilmington College,
Kenny has over twenty five years of experience in the field of
education. Since the late seventies, concurrently with his education
experiences, Kenny has been involved in real estate. His experiences
include investing in homes and small apartment buildings with the
purpose of renovating, renting, and finally selling at a respectful
profit, and once physically moving a house from Rehoboth Beach to Lewes
to supplement his income. Also, he and his wife owned and successfully
operated and eventually sold a bed and breakfast after nine years in
downtown Rehoboth Beach.
Kenny is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Delaware
Association of REALTORS®, and Sussex County Association of REALTORS®.
He has served as a commissioner for the City of Rehoboth Beach, chaired
various committees for his church, president of his community’s
homeowners association for nine years, and is extremely involved with
the Dewey Beach Lions Club. As one can see, Kenny believes in
volunteering his time contributing to the community so others may enjoy
all that this resort area has to offer.
Kenny pledges to provide his clients with honesty, his personal real
estate experiences, his lifetime knowledge and involvement in the
resort area, and the enthusiasm it takes to successfully achieve their
