After graduating from Muhlenberg College with a degree in Molecular Biology in 1992, John moved to Rehoboth Beach to open and manage a restaurant with a college friend. In 2000, John, along with his wife, opened the Stoney Lonen, an Irish fish house and restaurant in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Through practical experience owning, operating, repairing and maintaining restaurants, John branched out into both commercial and private real estate investment. In 2007, John sold the Stoney Lonen to spend more time with his family and further pursue interests in the real estate market. With current holdings in Rehoboth Beach, Georgetown, and Millsboro, John is confident in his knowledge of the area and looks forward to helping clients achieve their goals. John lives with his wife and four young children in Rehoboth Beach. Two of his children attend Rehoboth Elementary School and his community involvement extends to St. Edmond’s parish, Rehoboth Little League and youth lacrosse and soccer programs.
