Having spent nearly 14 years as a part-timer in Rehoboth Beach and now as a full-time resident, Norman Bennett has a great appreciation for the Delaware coastal lifestyle. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, his successful 33 year government career landed him in Washington, DC in 1991. Soon after arriving in Washington, DC the Delaware shore soon became a favorite get away for Norman, his spouse Marco, and their dogs. Upon buying their first beach property in 2000 they found instant relief from the traffic and stress of the Washington metro area. Friendships, community, and the amenities of the Rehoboth area made the permanent transition an easy choice.
Norman’s career as a Senior Executive at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) was not only rewarding but also required top notch negotiation skills, non-stop customer service for constituents, and impeccable integrity in all business matters. Much of his career at USDA was spent as a Statistician, where attention to detail and problem solving were of the utmost importance. His professional career prepared him well for the next adventure in real estate.
Top notch business skills plus recent practical experience from buying and selling real estate provide a sound basis for Norman to serve his clients. Attention to detail plus listening to customer needs are his trademark.
